This website is operated by Oak tree farm pet foods Ltd. 
By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. 

2. Our products

All products sold by Oak tree farm pet foods Ltd are raw pet food intended for animal consumption only and are not fit for human consumption.
Products are supplied raw and may contain bone.

3. Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where product information or pricing is incorrect.

4. Storage & handling 

In line with DEFRA guidance, customers are responsible for:

• Storing products at -18 or below 

• ​Defrosting in a sealed container in fridge 

• Using defrosted food within 48 hours 

• ​Following good hygiene and safe raw food handling practices

Oak tree farm pet foods cannot accept responsibility for spoilage caused by incorrect storage or handling after delivery.

5. Delivery 

Delivery times are estimate only. Customers must insure frozen deliveries can be received or safely stored on arrival.
We cannot be held responsible for products left unattended or delayed due to incorrect delivery details. 

6. Returns and Refunds 

Due to perishable nature of raw pet food, we do not accept returns once an order has been dispatched. 
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if items are damaged or incorrect and must be reported within 24hours of delivery, with photographic evidence.

7. Feeding Responsibility 

Feeding raw food is the owners choice. Customers are responsible for ensuring raw feeding is suitable for their pet and for following appropriate feeding guidelines. We recommended consulting a veterinarian or qualified pet nutritionist before changing your pets diet.

8. Allergens & Cross Contamination 

Our products are prepared in environments that handle multiple proteins. We cannot guarantee products are free from cross-contamination.

9.Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, oak tee farm pet foods Ltd is not liable for illness, injury or loss arising from the feeding, handling or storage of our products, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

10. Pricing & Payment 

All prices are shown in GBP(£) and include VAT where applicable. prices may change at any time without notice.

11. Governing Law 
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
